This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Chisholme of Kenilworth in the County of Warwick widow first I will and direct that all my just debts ffuneral expences and the Expences of proving this my Will be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named within twelve calendar months next after my decease out of my funded property and subject thereto and to the payment of such debts and Expences of every description I Give and bequeath the rest residue and remainder of the said funded Property in England and all dividends that may be due thereon at the time of my decease unto my friend and acquaintance Bridgett Lloyd (widow of Edmund Lloyd of Arley Street Cavendish Square London) To hold to her the said Bridgett Lloyd (subject nevertheless as aforesaid) her Executors admors and assigns for ever I give my Watch and seals to Miss Rosa Lloyd And my ring to my friend Mistress Mary Bursell of Kenilworth aforesaid I desire to be decently interred by my Executor hereinafter named within the Parish of Longborough in the County of Gloucester all the rest residue and remainder of my ready Money securities for Money Goods Chattels Personal Estate and Effects of every nature sort and description whatsoever and wheresoever situated I Give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my friend and acquaintance Henry Bursell of Kenilworth aforesaid Innholder to hold to him his Executors admors and assigns for ever and I appoint him sole Executor of this my Will and I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and declare this to be my last In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of September one thousand Eight hundred and twenty one _ Elizabeth Chisholme
